Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled Programme Development Manager to join our team and help drive our success. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and be able to manage multiple projects, communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders, establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and templates, and provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and cooperation.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and templates across the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile or equivalent) and/or proven experience of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to guide and mentor project managers, lead a team, and make decisions at the strategic level.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
