Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Benefits Specialist to join our team at Lockton Companies. As a key member of our International People Solutions practice, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of exceptional client services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with consultants and senior consultants to prepare client deliverables and materials across a range of expatriate benefit propositions and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and work closely with client team members to direct, address, and resolve queries and issues related to expatriate benefits.
  • Monitor the tracking of renewals, production of renewal reports, and maintenance of client files, activity trackers, and invoices.
  • Act as the lead consultant for a small portfolio of SME clients, managing all client activity and ensuring effective project tracking.
  • Support the implementation of client-facing technology tools and provide basic troubleshooting.
  • Ensure adherence to Lockton processes, including data protection and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in a role that reflects the skills and experience required for this position.
  • Experience in the insurance/employee benefits sector, with training courses or qualifications in core areas such as insurance, international benefits, HR, or a related discipline.
  • Strong client focus, with the ability to develop positive relationships with team members and external contacts.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in both office and virtual environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency or professional proficiency in a foreign language.
  • Any other professional qualifications or training are an advantage.
  • Experience working or living abroad is helpful but not required.
