About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Program Manager to join our Global Rewards Team at Palo Alto Networks. This individual will focus on EMEA programs and policies, including health, pension, and compliance.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Manage and review vendors in the benefits space, ensuring adherence to SLAs and collaboration with our global broker.
  2. Conduct market reviews across countries to ensure external competitiveness and alignment with our benefits philosophy.
  3. Review current benefit administration approaches and suggest efficiencies for both employee experience and administrative execution.
  4. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to promote benefits programs in the region.
  5. Advise regional leadership on program effectiveness as the EMEA benefits specialist.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in benefits program design, analysis, socialization, and support in a high-growth, go-to-market organization.
  • Proven track record of managing benefit plans and providers in a global context.
  • Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to set, manage, and deliver compliant programs within a reasonable budget.
