The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing leadership and provision across the Trust, ensuring every pupil achieves outstanding outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of a Trust Reading Strategy with a focus on secondary reading
Support KS3 core subject development
Collaborate with key areas and people across the Trust
Drive school improvement focuses, including curriculum development and assessment
Requirements
Proven track record in leading a large secondary department with strong outcomes
Experience of primary and secondary EBACC curriculums
Ability to travel regularly to schools across the Trust
