We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Patient Safety Lead to join our team at G4S Technology. As a key member of our Governance Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality governance across our non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS).

Your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and guidance on patient safety, patient experience, and safeguarding. You will work closely with our Executive Committee (ExCOM) and Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure compliance with NHS regulations and industry best practices.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to patient safety. You will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives, developing policies, and reviewing existing ones to ensure alignment with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Some of the key aspects of this role include:

  • Providing effective leadership and direction for all staff members.
  • Establishing a professional support network for frontline staff to facilitate clinical decision-making.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of high-quality CQC standards.
  • Developing and implementing policies.
  • Leveraging expertise to embed a unified patient safety programme.
  • Maintaining adherence to professional standards and codes of conduct.
  • Leading infection control efforts, including IPC audits.
  • Safeguarding the business's reputation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,687.00 per annum, depending on experience. We offer an excellent benefits package, including contributory pension, life assurance scheme, employee assistance programme, and subsidised healthcare plan.
