The Role:
As a Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for retaining and growing our largest employer clients by building strong business relationships. You'll drive long-term business growth and create tailored member engagement plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and understand client organisational structures, politics, and key drivers.
- Create and implement engagement plans for key clients, setting strategic approaches and key objectives.
- Develop and manage tailored member engagement plans with relevant employers and involve the workplace engagement manager when necessary.
- Maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries at all levels, identifying business opportunities and gathering intelligence to increase funds under management and drive long-term growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales processes and ability to work effectively unsupervised.
- Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Influencing and negotiating skills with multiple decision-makers.
- Analytical skills to understand statistical information and reports.
