Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Food-To-Go Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present food and beverages to our customers, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a positive and friendly service.
  • Upsell and promote our products and services to customers, ensuring maximum sales and revenue growth.
  • Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
