We are looking for an Engineering Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the implementation of our client's engineering strategy and framework for a major highway project near Inverness.

Duties:
  • Supporting senior project teams in implementing the engineering strategy and framework;
  • Managing materials, plant, and labour within allocated budgets and resources;
  • Communicating systems, design information, procedures, and quality systems to stakeholders;
  • Verifying work of others, providing technical support, and leading assurance on projects;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, including technical consultants and suppliers;
  • Maintaining personal expertise and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments;
  • Providing coaching and guidance to team members.

Salary Range: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
