About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Sales Associate to join our team at Harrods. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling our products to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain the visual appeal of the counter and surrounding area, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
