We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Reigate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting SEN students and facilitating their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.

Job Description:

This role involves working closely with SEN students to identify their strengths and challenges, developing personalized learning plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate student progress to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive support plans.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent support and guidance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A master's degree in Special Education or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with children with special needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary, estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience.
