Role Overview

As a Night Senior Care Assistant at HC One, you will provide kind and personalized care to residents. This role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan and implement care plans that promote residents' security, dignity, and independence
  2. Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining high standards of care
  3. Build strong relationships with residents and their families
  4. Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  5. Administer medication

Qualifications and Skills

  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent (willing to work towards)
  • Background in person-centered care planning
  • Knowledge of caring for people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
