Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Native German Sales Administrator to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a key member of our German support team, you will provide exceptional sales and administrative support to customers and the non-office based sales team, liaising with other sites of the business within Europe.

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who is quick, accurate, and organised in their work, with the ability to accept multiple tasks and work to deadlines. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of customer service in both English and German languages, taking ownership of any customer issues or requests from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and administrative support to customers and the non-office based sales team
- Liaise with other sites of the business within Europe
- Take ownership of any customer issues or requests from start to finish

Requirements:
- Native German language skills - fluent in English
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Articulate verbal and written skills
- Confident telephone manner and natural rapport with customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and have a keen eye for detail
