Job Title: Senior Procurement Specialist

Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience, but estimated around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our procurement team as a Senior Procurement Specialist. You will be responsible for placing purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Placing purchase orders within agreed SLAs* Managing all Purchase Orders using available tools* Chasing suppliers for lead-times and delivery updates* Working closely with the project management team to ensure orders are invoiced in a timely manner* Ensuring system data is up-to-date and accurate at all times* Completing end-to-end management of direct shipments* Managing international sales orders and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders* Authorising and managing the RMA process for the return of goods from customers to suppliers* Managing supplier rebates* Producing daily/weekly/monthly financial reports for key stakeholders

Requirements:
* Solid background working in a procurement environment* Experience of working in a fast-paced sales-driven environment focused on tight timeframes* Extremely good attention to detail with excellent accuracy skills and a passion for excellence* Relevant industry experience, knowledge of IT products, and/or services* Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication* Being focused on deliverables in a busy, fast-paced changing environment* Self-motivated, team player with a can-do proactive positive approach and quick learning abilities* Well-organised with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities* Good under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines in an organised manner* Ability to work independently taking personal responsibility for managing your own time* Very good communicator at all levels in the business* Experience of Cisco's CCW platform would be an advantage* Experience of Microsoft subscriptions would be an advantage* Strong use of integrated business systems required, Knowledge of NetSuite an advantage* Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
