Purchasing Executive

About the Role

Cisilion seeks a skilled Purchasing Executive to manage procurement processes and foster strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Placing purchase orders within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Managing all purchase orders using available tools, including third-party vendor portals
  • Chasing suppliers for lead times and delivery updates
  • Collaborating with the project management team to ensure timely invoicing
  • Managing customer backorders to maximize invoice value
Requirements
  • A solid background in procurement and purchasing
  • Experience working in fast-paced sales-driven environments with tight timeframes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Relevant industry experience, knowledge of IT products and services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
What We Offer
  • Negotiable salary based on skills and experience: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • Paid annual holidays of 25 days per annum (increasing with service)
