About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team at Hawthorn Court, an Extra Care Housing scheme in Keynsham. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to individuals living in their own home environment, promoting their independence and well-being.

The successful candidate will work a permanent 21.875 hours per week, with a rota system that includes early and late shifts, as well as every other weekend and some bank holidays. You will be part of a supportive team that values the importance of delivering excellent quality care services.

While experience is desirable, full training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. You will be encouraged to develop your career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and friendly workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and assistance to individuals living in Extra Care Housing
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
