Care and Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Worker in our Extra Care scheme. This permanent role involves working with individuals living in their own home environment, providing assistance and support to enhance their quality of life.
The successful candidate will work a rota system, including early and late shifts, and will be required to work every other weekend with some bank holidays. Enhancement is paid for weekend and out of hours working.
Experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The post is part-time and involves a rota system. We encourage staff to join our bank team and offer a wide range of benefits to ensure a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide care and support to individuals living in their own home environment
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Support individuals to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their well-being
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
