Support Worker - Learning Disability

We are seeking a compassionate and resourceful Support Worker to join our team at our learning disability supported living service in Kingswinford, Dudley. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users in various aspects of their lives, from promoting independence to providing emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support service users in achieving their goals and aspirations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a co-ordinated service that meets the needs of service users
  • Be flexible and responsive to the needs of service users, including working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Have a valid UK driver's license
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driver's license
