Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and resourceful Relief Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be involved in supporting our service users in various aspects of their lives, from introducing healthy eating and budgeting to day trips and gardening.
Key Responsibilities:- To be flexible and responsive to the needs of service users as directed by their Individual Support Plans.
- To advise and support service users in all aspects of managing their tenancy and maintaining the safety, hygiene, and comfort of their home.
- To work closely with other professionals and agencies to provide a coordinated service that meets the identified needs of the individuals.
- To be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- To have a valid UK driver's license.
- Experience is essential for this role.
- We are looking for someone with the right values and a genuine interest in providing excellent support to all service users.
- Outstanding training from our academy, including a range of internal and external courses advertised on our monthly Training Calendar.
- Access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service and shifts, including directions.
- Weekly pay.
