Senior Nursing Manager

Exemplar Health Care is a leading provider of high-quality care services. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Unit Lead in our Maypole Grove care home, located in Kings Heath, Birmingham.
Job Summary:
- To lead and manage the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent outcomes.
- To work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- To ensure the smooth running of the care home, including managing rotas, supervising staff, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- To assess the needs of residents and develop individualized care plans that meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- To coordinate the delivery of care, working closely with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse, preferably in a care home setting.
