Youth Wellbeing Coordinator

Our school is seeking an experienced Youth Wellbeing Coordinator to support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in schools across Cheltenham. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, as well as running activities outside of the classroom. This is a full-time position with opportunities for additional training and professional development.
Responsibilities:- Supporting pupils with their mental health and wellbeing
- Running activities with pupils outside of the classroom
- Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to ensure effective support for pupils
- Proven experience working with children and young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
