Product Expert - ERP

Proftech Talent Ltd is seeking a dedicated Product Expert for their new ERP system, supplied by industry leaders Epicor, to join their team. This role will be instrumental during the implementation phase and the ongoing system usage post-deployment. The company is committed to providing comprehensive training, enabling the Product Expert to become an adept user and teacher of these platforms, equipping them with the knowledge to train others effectively.

As the torchbearer for this system, the Product Expert will oversee the integration process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition, working closely with project teams and stakeholders across all levels of the company. Their input will be key in configuring the systems to meet the company's specific business requirements, and their expertise will foster an environment of continuous improvement as they recommend and help to execute enhancements that drive operational excellence.

Proftech Talent Ltd is looking for a proactive learner, a strategic thinker who can not only adapt to but also anticipate the needs of a dynamic business environment. The Product Expert's role will be a cornerstone in the evolution of the company's business processes, ensuring that the systems support their growth and efficiency objectives.

As a Product Expert, you will need to have/be:

  • Proven experience with Epicor 10 or Prophet 21.
  • Integration of ERP systems with CRM, accounting software, and ecommerce platforms.
