Restaurant Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our newly opened 100-seat 'all day dining' Restaurant & Bar in the heart of Greenwich. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing and developing the restaurant floor & bar service team, writing weekly rotas, and building relationships with guests and local businesses to ensure regular repeat business.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
* Develop and implement effective operational systems and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery
* Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local businesses to drive repeat business and revenue growth
* Collaborate with the business founder and Managing Director to achieve business objectives and growth plans

**Requirements**

* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a contemporary restaurant environment, with a minimum of two AA Rosette standard
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
