Job Description

Job Title: Operations Management Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Officer to lead our Mobile Patrol business unit. As the lead person for this business unit, you will be responsible for running the Mobile Patrol business in the UK, ensuring all costs are kept to a minimum and the efficiency of the patrol routes is maximized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Chief Operating Officer and other members of the Executive team on the strategy to grow the business
  • Ensuring that performance levels are monitored, managed, and communicated to the Mobile Team
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and devising plans to implement these changes
  • Ensuring strong relationships are built with sub-contractors
  • Ensuring excellent service delivery from the Mobile Team, including accurate reports, all shifts covered correctly, and all staff trained correctly
  • Monitoring and management of all the vehicles
  • Carrying out monthly client meetings (or as required) with Mobile clients, and ensuring all commercial proposals are sent in a timely manner and updated once approved

Requirements:

  • SIA License and DBS check
  • UK driving licence with less than 6 current points
  • Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office)
