Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Management Specialist to join our team in Gatwick. As a key member of our Grocery Customer Category Manager team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of category management strategies across a number of Grocery customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement range and flow recommendations to retailers at range reviews, alongside merchandising recommendations to support the Category strategy.
- Monitor the success of range reviews and provide regular performance updates both internally and externally, extracting insights from these sources to drive total category growth for the retailer and Nestlé Purina across instore and online channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business results.
- Provide strong data analysis and insight generation experience to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including retailers and other business partners.
Requirements:
- Strong category experience gained with the FMCG sector is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
