Job Summary:

Senitor Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join their internal IT department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work closely with learners and their mentors to maximize timely achievement rates and the acquisition of both skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of learners and the organization.
  • Apprenticeship Management: Plan and generate degree apprenticeships that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and support.
  • Learner Support: Plan, assess, teach, and align individual learning plans to meet the needs of learners.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Effectively document the learner journey through regular report writing and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach learners, working with them and their employer/mentors to help them advance in their chosen program.
  • Skills Development: Engage with learners to improve their math skills and provide additional learning support where required.
  • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and deliver blended learning programs using Totara, Moodle, and Mahara.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities, including ISO9001 and Cyber Essentials.

Requirements:

  • Education: Educated to Level 4+ or equivalent in a relevant IT or technical-related subject.
  • Language Skills: English and math at Level 2+.
