Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at TechNichols Resourcing Ltd. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production machinery. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve maintenance issues, and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance on a range of equipment and machinery.
- Assist with planned shutdowns and project work, refurbishing machines and replacing worn parts.
Requirements:
- Completed a recognised Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship or hold Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
- Experience in maintenance, dealing with machinery and equipment problems and breakdowns, and/or completing preventative maintenance of plant/industrial machinery.
- Willingness to take on and complete further training as part of your growth and development in the factory and company.
