Senior Site Manager Role

Established in 1978, Clark Contracts is a leading main contractor with six operating divisions. We employ over 230 people and provide a range of construction services. As a Construction Project Director, you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
A competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum is available for this role, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a contributory pension scheme and 33 days annual leave entitlement (inclusive of public holidays).
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering projects on time and within budget
* Managing relationships with clients and design teams
* Controlling financial budgets and ensuring project safety
Requirements:
* Experience in construction project management
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Project and Office packages
* Current SMSTS qualification
