Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Closed Site Coordinator to join our team at FCC Environment. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the safe and efficient operation of our sites in Scotland. Your primary focus will be on ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards, legislative requirements, and management guidelines. You will work closely with the Site Business Manager to manage site staff and day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.

About the Role
This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, with the possibility of job sharing to suit your lifestyle. As a Closed Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing site staff and day-to-day operations
- Coordinating with sub-contractors on site and maintaining IMS, SFS, and H&S documentation
- Conducting regular inspections of security and management systems and taking remedial action when necessary
- Promoting high-profile customer service practices
- Reporting any breaches of rules or malpractice to the Site Business Manager or Area Manager

Requirements
- Experience in managing sites and working on management systems
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Adaptability and a valid driving license for supervising other sites
