We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Worldwide Food Safety and Compliance team as a Private Brands Senior Food Regulatory Manager. This position will focus on leading the management of all regulatory aspects related to the launch of new own label food products for ENGINEERINGUK own label products, ensuring they exceed customer expectations. The role will be involved in all stages from new product concept through to the launch of the product and post-launch product regulatory review.

The ideal candidate will bring experience and knowledge of various food categories to the team and support private label regulatory decisions. This role requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in EU food regulation. The individual will work directly with suppliers and internal cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate successful product launches.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, a high bar for quality, strong customer obsession, and a track record of operating in a dynamic environment. The individual must be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and be motivated by a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure product selection meets EU regulatory requirements

• Work with the wider team to ensure product selection is appropriate and will meet or exceed customer expectations

• Partner with manufacturing partners to ensure products have the correct regulatory and technical documentation

• Attend pre-production/first production runs to ensure product and process match the defined specification

• Stay up-to-date with new and upcoming EU regulations and emerging issues in food safety and quality

• Contribute to shared process and policy development within the wider food safety team

• Continuously identify and communicate improvement opportunities

• Leverage technology to manage compliance processes

Basic Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent
