Motor Claims Handler

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Claims Handler to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling claims related to motor insurance, including credit hire, vehicle damage, and third-party claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle claims from inception to settlement, ensuring timely and fair resolution for policyholders.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess damages to determine liability and compensation.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Work closely with underwriters, risk engineers, and analysts to ensure accurate and efficient claims processing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain expertise and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in motor claims handling, with a strong understanding of credit hire, vehicle damage, and third-party claims.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- CII qualification or willingness to pursue, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
