About the Role:
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team. As a Motor Claims Specialist, you will be empowered to make decisions, expand your knowledge and understanding in your field, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle motor claims with a focus on Credit Hire, Vehicle Damage, and Third Party claims
- Make decisions and take ownership of claims from start to finish
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Contribute to the development and implementation of claims handling processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in motor claims handling
- Strong knowledge of Credit Hire, Vehicle Damage, and Third Party claims
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
