PeopleCert is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our Product Development team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of content that supports our mission to elevate our DevOps/Prince2/ITIL brand and portfolio. You will work closely with our Product Architects to ensure alignment with our vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation & Product Alignment:
◦ Develop, review, and maintain DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute Official Books, Exams, Official Training Materials, and Digital Content, ensuring all materials align with product and technical specifications and meet evolving market demands.
◦ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute content types.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:
◦ Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to drive the global success of DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute, ensuring that Product Development content goals and timelines are met.
◦ Collaborate closely with the Product Architects and Product Managers to ensure that all DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute content aligns with the overall product strategy and vision.


Sharing expertise:
◦ Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert to support the broader organization, including internal trainings and webinars as required, helping internal teams have a deep understanding of DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute and its strategic importance to PeopleCert.
◦ Conference participation and external presentation delivery may also be required.


External SMEs:
◦ Collaborate with the Product Architects and other internal teams to help identify, onboard, and manage a comprehensive database of external Subject Matter Experts to strengthen our pool of DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute content contributors.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' relevant experience working with DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute products in a training or consultancy role
  • Be certified with as many as possible DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute or DevOps/Prince2/ITIL certifications
  • Be certified with as many as possible related certifications from the PeopleCert portfolio, and/or other providers (e.g. in Project, Programmed and Portfolio Management, SCRUM, Agile, Change Management, Service Management)
  • Solid understanding of the products ecosystem and competition landscape
  • Experience in product development
  • Experience in authoring, reviewing, and editing content
  • Experience in collaborating with Subject Matter Experts
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent writing and project management skills
  • Native or excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification is required, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable
