Job Title: Subject Matter Expert - DevOps/Prince2/ITIL

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our Product Development team at PeopleCert. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing content that supports our mission to elevate our DevOps/Prince2/ITIL brand and portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the creation, review, and maintenance of DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute Official Books, Exams, Official Training Materials, and Digital Content.
  • Ensure that content is kept up to date and relevant based on customer feedback, market insight, and product strategy.
  • Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to drive the global success of DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Architects and Product Managers to ensure that all DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute content aligns with the overall product strategy and vision.
  • Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert to support the broader organization, including internal trainings and webinars as required.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' relevant experience working with DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute products in a training or consultancy role.
  • Be certified with as many as possible DevOps/Prince2/ITIL Institute or DevOps/Prince2/ITIL certifications.
  • Be certified with as many as possible related certifications from the PeopleCert portfolio, and/or other providers.
  • Solid understanding of the products ecosystem and competition landscape.
  • Experience in product development.
  • Experience in authoring, reviewing, and editing content.
  • Experience in collaborating with Subject Matter Experts.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent writing and project management skills.
  • Native or excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification is required).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required.
