Customer Experience Advocate

Paradigm Housing Group is seeking a dedicated Customer & Neighbourhood Officer to join our team on a permanent basis, working 30 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in our communities and help us shape the future of our services.
About the RoleYou will play a key role in delivering outstanding services to our customers, ensuring high levels of service performance and customer satisfaction. Your skills will be utilised to identify when specialist support is needed to help customers sustain their tenancies, handle a range of day-to-day and more complex cases within mixed-tenure communities, and deliver tailored interventions for vulnerable customers.
This is a visible and impactful role, with plenty of opportunities to make a difference and develop your skills further.
The Ideal CandidateWe are seeking individuals with:
- A strong understanding of social housing issues and legislation.
- Experience managing a varied and demanding workload with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence effectively.
- Flexibility to work across our East, West, and Central regions, covering Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.
- A commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- A full driving licence and regular access to a vehicle.
As a Customer & Neighbourhood Officer, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including opportunities for career progression and continuous professional development.
In this role, you will have the chance to work alongside our Neighbourhood Team, supporting compliance and delivering services aligned to our Customer Care Standards.
