Homecare Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated Homecare Advocate to join our team at Innovative Start. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. Your role will involve providing essential support with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.

• Delivering person-centered care to meet the individual needs of each client
• Assisting clients with managing appointments, shopping, and household tasks
• Supporting clients to maintain their independence and well-being

• Previous experience working within a care environment
• Ability to use own initiative and communicate effectively
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care
