Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Lysander House in Ickenham. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.
Your duties will include delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, supporting residents with daily tasks, and encouraging them to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing. You will also assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
This is a rewarding role that requires a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people. You will be part of a close-knit team and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
What We Offer- A competitive hourly rate of £12.34, with the possibility of up to £13.64 per hour
