Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and attention to residents

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to make informed decisions
  • Previous experience in a residential care setting
