Senior Learning Support Assistant - Autism Support

Reeson Education are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Learning Support Assistant to join our team and provide 1:1 support for a child with autism. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in a child's life and has experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).

The successful candidate will work closely with the teaching team to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored support to help the child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This involves fostering a supportive and inclusive environment within the classroom, using creative and flexible strategies to engage the child in learning and address sensory or communication needs.

We are offering a competitive salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We are looking for an individual who is patient, empathetic, and has a nurturing approach to supporting children's unique needs. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to a child with autism
