About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs and providing a high level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake and formulate risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents
  • Develop and implement effective care and support plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Engage with residents through group work and activities that promote therapeutic principles and support their personal growth
  • Provide individual support to enable residents to make informed choices about their future
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive and person-centered approach to care
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in a mental health setting, using a person-centered approach
  • Good understanding of the complex needs of individuals with forensic histories
  • Ability to prioritize workload and use initiative to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a shift pattern, including sleep-ins and weekends
