We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our District Nursing Service as a manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a Diploma in Nursing Practice or degree, and current registration with the NMC.
This role involves leading a team of community nurses, working closely with adult social care staff, and developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
In addition to managing the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
