In this key role, you will be responsible for building relationships with Unit Training Leads, Unit Managers, and Area Managers to develop a robust training strategy that addresses clearly identified organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Work collaboratively with regional teams to design and deliver training programs
  • Support the development of training materials and resources
  • Ensure effective communication and liaison with stakeholders

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your training expertise and contribute to the delivery of high-quality training experiences. Estimated salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
