Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Sphere Solutions. As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and upholding a positive health and safety culture on site, providing specialist expert construction health and safety knowledge to the business, and ensuring all works are carried out to achieve ISO/SMAS certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise and maintain safe systems of work across all sites, monitoring compliance with all legal bodies and regulatory requirements
* Produce Construction phase plans
* Assist to write up internal Health and Safety documentation, safety policies and strategies
* Undertake risk assessments and method statements
* Work with the client to understand requirements and offer a collaborative approach on site
* Working with the site team to uphold a positive health and safety environment

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar role within construction
* NEBOSH General or Construction
* Experience of CDM, Risk assessment, Construction Phase Plans, Fire Safety, Waste Management, Manual handling
* Full valid driving licence
