We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Paradigm Housing. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for managing the 30-year business plan, working closely with various departments to ensure the Group operates within its financial capacity.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of key long-term financial planning approaches and principles, with excellent Excel financial modelling skills and experience of Proval or similar development appraisal systems. You will also be able to interpret and analyse financial statements, understand key financial metrics, and present financial data to non-finance colleagues.
About YouWe are looking for someone who can accurately manage various sources of data input, consolidate this to prepare a business plan, and present financial data to non-finance colleagues. You must be comfortable with presenting financial data and explaining outputs to non-finance colleagues.
Our ideal candidate has experience (or can demonstrate) the ability to challenge colleagues where required, to ensure that inputs are correct and reflect the actual business positions. You will have a can-do attitude and will be keen to learn about the social housing sector, including the terminology and systems used.
