Job Description:

In this role as an Administrative Support Manager, you will be responsible for delivering office operations, managing travel arrangements, coordinating with other departments, overseeing budget, enforcing policies, and maintaining office standards. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Travel and Diary Management: Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and cars, and coordinate schedules.
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and operations.
  • Office Budget: Manage the office budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Policies and Procedures: Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Office Activities: Organise and supervise various office activities, including meetings, events, and projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a PA and in an office management role within the property industry is essential.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and office management software is required.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum.
