Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Associate to join our team at TP ICAP. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for processing company payrolls, providing advice and guidance to staff and management on payroll-related matters, and ensuring the accuracy of employee data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all company payrolls, including international relocations and assignments.
  • Payroll Advice and Guidance: Provide advice and guidance to staff, management, and HR on payroll-related matters, including non-UK transfers and international mobility.
  • Employee Data Management: Ensure the accuracy of employee data, including information related to international relocations and assignments.
  • Support to Payroll Administrator: Provide first-line support to the Payroll Administrator in processing all monthly payrolls.
  • Ad-hoc Reporting and Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and projects as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience of running in-house large/complex payroll systems, strong understanding of UK PAYE requirements and principles, and experience of working with outsourced payroll providers.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, data accuracy and attention to detail, ability to build strong relationships, and ability to work with and manipulate large datasets.
  • Desirable: Experience working in the financial services sector, experience of using Workday Payroll, and experience and knowledge of payroll requirements in non-UK locations.
