As a Personal Care Specialist with Bright Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. Our company is dedicated to providing high-quality care and companionship services, and we are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our team.
About the RoleYou will be working as part of a dedicated team to provide personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
We offer a competitive salary of £18-22 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including paid holidays, pension scheme, and coverage of key regulatory costs such as DBS/PVG checks.
What We're Looking For- A kind and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- A driving licence and car, for visiting clients in their own homes
- The ability to pass a DBS/PVG check
