Job Title: Personal Care Specialist

Mash Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Specialist to join their team in Glasgow, Ayrshire, and Edinburgh. As a valued member of the team, you will provide personalized support to customers in their own homes, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and reliable care tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Engage customers in social, physical, and mental activities to promote well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or emergencies.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £980 per week, based on experience.
  • A generous holiday allowance of 28 days annual leave.
  • The opportunity to work flexible shift patterns, including 1 week on, 1 week off, and 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
