About the Role:

This position involves providing exceptional guest service as a Receptionist at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the reception area, registering guests, issuing keys, and providing a warm welcome to all guests.

About You:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences to each guest.
  • Experience working in a hotel environment is preferred but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of Opera is an advantage but not essential.
