About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Register guests into the hotel and check them out, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Issue guests' keys and ensure that our hotel policy is adhered to.
- Provide excellent guest service, resolving problems and identifying opportunities to make guests' experiences memorable and enjoyable.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you.
