About the Job

  • You will work closely with our residents, building strong relationships and providing person-centred care that meets their individual needs.
  • You will be responsible for supporting residents with daily tasks, such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • You will also assist residents with getting up in the morning, providing personal care, and ensuring medication is taken as required.

Benefits

  • You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.58, equivalent to £22,959 per annum (based on 35 hours per week).
  • You will be entitled to benefits, including Holiday Pay, Occupational Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, and access to our Health Cash Plan.*

  • You will be supported by a dedicated team, with regular supervision and ongoing training and development.
